Aman Shukla
Founder, and Steering Committee Member
Shree Aman Shukla is a dedicated advocate for health equity, focusing on LGBTQ+ communities and key populations globally, with expertise in TB and HIV. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TWEET Foundation and a Board Member of the Key and Vulnerable Populations Delegation to the Stop TB Partnership, they drive impactful initiatives. Shree Aman also founded YOUNITE Global, empowering young leaders to collaborate on eliminating tuberculosis.

Robyn Christine Waite

Dr. Robyn Christine Waite (She/Her) is currently working as an independent consultant and squarely focusing her efforts on applying community building, project management, research, and advocacy skills to the fight to end TB. Robyn currently work with the TB Alliance to project lead and manage the Fast Track the Initiative. In 2023, she worked with GFAN to co-secretariat the #2023TBHLM Affected Communities and Coordination Hub. Before setting out on her own, Robyn worked with Results Canada, where she started as a TB Campaigns Officer and grew into the role of Director of Policy and Advocacy. During her tenure, she played a leading role in building and coordinating a high-impact coalition of 14 Canadian based CSOs engaged in advocacy in support of the Global Fund's 7th Replenishment. She has also demonstrated initiative and commitment to the cause and community through successful efforts to reinvigorate the Stop TB Canada network, as well as through her support with the execution of a global civil society led initiative to capture the impact of the pandemic on the TB epidemic. Dr. Waite holds a PhD in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London; a MSc in Global Health from McMaster University, a Graduate Diploma from the United Nations University Institute for Water, Environment and Health; and a BSc in Health Promotion from Dalhousie University. When she isn't fighting for what counts, you can typically find her cat sitting, spending quality time with family, or outdoors doing something fun and active! Amit Singh Gusain

Amit Singh Gusain is a young and dynamic PLHIV Advocate from India working in the HIV and TB Landscape from past 8 years, he has started his journey from a Volunteer with a CBO working at ground level from there he is grown as a young community advocate for HIV diseases, having expertise in communication, capacity building, policy and Strategy development. Along with that he has rich experience of working with Govt, Institutions, Donor and Bi-lateral Agencies.

Vivian Faith

Vivian Faith is a passionate youth health advocate dedicated to promoting healthy behaviors among young people and communities. As a youth representative, she ensures the voices of the younger generation are heard in health initiatives. She collaborates with organizations in different capacities and is also a member of the WHO TB PPM Core group. Vivian excels in advocacy, program implementation, community mobilization, and health education, with a focus on TB and TB/HIV. She develops educational resources, links individuals to healthcare services, and fosters community participation. Her strengths in service orientation, coordination, and communication make her valuable in Technical Working Groups. Vivian also mentors young leaders, improving health literacy and inspiring new advocates, making her a sought-after voice in youth health advocacy.

Tanaka Mukuhwa

Dr Mukuhwa Tanaka is passionate about advocacy around disability inclusion and rights in the fight against TB, HIV and Malaria, ending child marriages and creating safe spaces for children around the globe. He has held international, national, provincial and district posts in advocacy, youth empowerment, TB, SRH, HIV and AIDS. Tanaka was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree by the University of London and World Health Organization for advocacy on ending child marriage and abuse. He has fought for the recognition of the youths voices in the fight against TB.

Nyiko Kubai
Steering Committee Member
Nyiko Kubai is a dedicated activist from South Africa. He advocates for the rights of young people living with HIV and HIV/AIDS treatment optimization including treatment access, options and improved diagnostics. Currently as the lead Youth Operations Manager for Tholulwazi, a non-profit organization that offers enhanced psychosocial support to young people living with HIV, Nyiko focuses on advocacy, content and programme development. Nyiko was appointed a member of Afrocab, where he leads a technical team of young leaders in all nine provinces to advance quality HIV/AIDS treatment and diagnostics in South Africa. He is also an active member of the Y+ Network in South Africa, where he is the leading advocacy officer on HIV/AIDS commodities and SRH-R and a CAB representative of SMART4TB, representing RSA. Nyiko is a facilitator for civil society organisation training on HIV, SRH, and Youth Media Literacy. He is a member of the Youth Reference group for the International HIV and Adolescents Workshop as well as the previous local co-chair. Nyiko is also part of the Eastern and Southern Africa youth-led HIV and SRHR UNITED! Movement.

Joshua Shipp

Joshua Shipp is currently working with TBPeople Global, and a dedicated advocate in the fight against TB. Joshua is an advocate for ensuring the inclusion of Key and Vulnerable Populations in TB advocacy and KVP Delegation Member of the Global Stop TB Partnership Geneva since 2023. Originally from the UK but with experience living in various countries, he consults for Stop TB Brasil, providing translation support to advance their mission. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Glasgow, balancing his studies with his commitment to global TB efforts.
